Return policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. Please fill out the return/exchange form in its entirety and enclose in your return. We do not provide any prepaid labels. Return costs are on account of the buyer. You may choose any carrier to ship with. Once we receive the item(s) please allow 5-7 business days for processing. The card used at time of purchase will be refunded once we have processed the return.

In order to be eligible for a return the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

The item is in new condition.
The original tags, hangtags and labels are still attached.
The item is returned in its original packaging (Pillowise bag).

We take full responsibility for damaged products due to manufacturing defects. Please send us a photo immediately after receipt at support@pillowise-usa.com and we’ll be happy to figure out a solution.
